Go and get some more information about your finances, and string along your partner! If your Single-in-the-City there is no better place to meet strangers than a convention. Fifty years ago people bumped into Mr Right at the supermarket (still happens, sometimes), now we go to conventions. Mainly because it is one place where people are not hooked up to their iPods, and therefore it is actually possible to start a conversation!
