Nobody is a stranger to video chatting these days, but most applications provide a scratchy, bad quality image. video conferencing products can give a more realistic image without any interference.
If the going gets tough and the miles between you and your favorite person in the world are some too many, high def video communication over a broadband connection can bring more life to your video communication.
Technically, LifeSize caters to businesses, but who says clients cannot use products in ways they were not intended? If you have the means, and the drive, bring your love’s onto your big screen TV with a higher quality alternative to conventional video chat.
Slip into these reflexology massage socks for a not-so-subtle hint to your boyfriend/girlfriend/spouse/massage therapist, etc..
The sole has illustrations printed on them of pressure points used in reflexology that relate to other body parts. What we’d love to see is another version of these socks for lovers, showing erogenous zones instead of my kidneys and colon! Whether or not you believe nerves from your foot are directly connected to your sex organs, most people like a foot rub! Some more than others (think foot fetish vs. foot-phoob), but a good foot rub can put most in (at the very least) a relaxed mood. And we all know what potential lies ahead from there…!
So, who will make me a pair of sock that will clearly guide my partner to the right spots? After all, sometimes men just have trouble finding it…
The more you touch, the more fun it gets, and I’m not talking about the bedroom. I’m talking about your other new fling: the [tag]iPod Touch[/tag]. Although from the looks of it, the Touch has enough potential to become the love of your life.
Whoever thinks it is nicer to touch, than to be touched can definitely use this iPod as an argument for that concept. Equipped with the usual capacity for thousands of songs, pictures and video, the iPod Touch spreads your visual media files across its entire surface. Being approximately the same size as the classic iPod, the Touch is just one big screen. Move between songs, movies and pictures with just a swift motion. Rotating, zooming and flipping is literally at your fingertips.
With so much to caress, this toy was made to be loved. Although it was released a little while ago, Apple has now brought out some new software updates that make it even more seductive than it already was. Now an email application and widgets, including the ability to see live stock quotes, were added to the arsenal. I love the option of seeing my Apple stock price on my iPod, and get excited at the thought of carrying my emails with me in my pocket. Honestly, who needs a blackberry if you can bite into a fresh new Apple idea?
There are two memory options for the iPod Touch: an 8GB at $299, and for merely an additional $100 you can double to size to 16GB. Not surprisingly, Apple has finally also adjusted its pricing in Canada to account for the weakening dollar. In the great white north the iPod Touch will set you back $319 or $419 for the 8GB and 16GB respectively.
One warning though: if this might be something you’ll consider as a [tag]Valentines Day gift[/tag], keep in mind you will be competing with the iPod to be touched…
Having said that though, to me nothing says touch me like this shiny little wonder. Now all I have to do is justify adding a third [tag]iPod[/tag] to my growing [tag]Apple[/tag] family.
It’s been a good year for me in terms of gadgets! I got an iPod video back in February, then bought a MacBook in March. Now, Santa brought me an iPod nano for me to use with my Nike+ system, as well as an iPod clock radio.
Now, owning to many i-products, I’m a little concerned about losing any, or having my bag pick-pocketed. A friend of mine recently got her Nike+ stolen in the gym, and a few years ago someone stole her iPod with all her work related files on it. Aside from the i-loss, losing the files was reason for a major freak-out.
So, how to protect your “i”?
Although short of handcuffing the iPod or iPhone to your wrist, there isn’t much you can do to keep it from getting stolen if you are not too careful with it. However, you can protect it from what happened to my iPod video; preventing it from getting all scratched up and scuffed by chosing the right ipod accessories.
There are many ipod accessories that help keep iPods and iPhones scratch free. Personally, I think the silicone skins that go around the entire iPod are best. I bought a leather case for my iPod video, but the case is somewhat open at the top, which allows small dirt to get in, which in turns seems to scratch the back of the iPod when it is taken out and put into the case.
